Middle Tennessee summers are brutal. Winters are colder than people expect. Old windows make both worse — and more expensive.
Single-pane or failed double-pane windows let heat pour in during summer, forcing your HVAC system to work overtime. Most homeowners see real savings on energy costs after replacing their windows.
Condensation between panes means the seal has failed. Your window is no longer insulating at all — it's just a leaky hole in your wall. The only real fix is replacement.
Difficult windows aren't just annoying — they're a safety hazard and a sign of structural failure. They also make your home look dated and can hurt resale value.
If you can feel outside air coming through a closed window, you're essentially heating and cooling the outdoors. This adds up to hundreds of dollars a year in wasted energy.
Our double-pane, energy-efficient windows dramatically reduce heat transfer. In Middle Tennessee's climate, that means real savings on your utility bill — year round.
Fresh windows are one of the highest-ROI home improvements you can make. Curb appeal, interior light quality, and the overall feel of your home improves dramatically.
Double-pane glass significantly reduces outside noise — traffic, lawn mowers, neighbors. Your home becomes the calm, quiet retreat it should be.
Most window jobs are completed in a single day. Our crew works clean, protects your floors and furniture, and does a final walkthrough with you before they leave.
Our experienced team lives and works right here in Middle Tennessee. We have a reputation to maintain in this community, and that means we do it right every single time.
We come out, look at your windows, give you an honest assessment, and quote you fairly. No high-pressure tactics, no bait-and-switch — just straight answers from real people.
We serve families in Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill, and the neighborhoods between. Here's what a few of them had to say.
"The team came out within two days of my call, gave me a straightforward quote, and had all 11 windows replaced in one day. My house is noticeably cooler already, and my energy bill dropped. I couldn't recommend them more."
"I was nervous about the whole process but they made it so easy. The crew was polite, on time, and cleaned everything up. My new windows look beautiful and the difference in street noise alone was worth it."
"We had two windows with condensation between the panes that had been bothering us for years. They replaced them and also did our front entry door. The house looks completely transformed. Worth every penny."
No pressure. Takes 60 seconds.
We focus on Williamson County and the surrounding areas so we can show up fast, do the job right, and be back quickly if you ever need us. We're not trying to cover the entire state — we're trying to be the best window company in your backyard.
Whether you're in a new build in Thompson Station, a classic colonial in Brentwood, or a family home in Franklin's historic neighborhoods — we know these houses, and we know how to work in them.
Franklin Window Co. is built on something simple: if we wouldn't put it in our own home, we won't put it in yours. Our windows are sourced from a trusted Michigan manufacturer — the same family supplier we've worked with for years — and installed by experienced local professionals who know this community.
We're not a franchise. We're not a call center that dispatches random contractors. We're a small team of real people who live near you, and we plan to keep doing this for a long time.
How long does a window installation take?
Most full-home jobs are done in a single day. Once we measure and order your windows, lead time is typically 6–10 weeks before install day.
Do I have to be home during the whole install?
Just for the first 10 minutes to let us in and answer any questions, and at the end for your walkthrough. Most clients run errands while we work.
Will new windows actually lower my energy bills?
Yes — significantly. Middle Tennessee summers are tough on HVAC. Modern double-pane windows dramatically cut heat transfer and drafts, and the savings add up every month.
What if I only need 1 or 2 windows replaced?
We're happy to help with any size project. Give us a call and we'll come take a look — no minimum order and no pressure.
Do you do repairs or just full replacements?
We specialize in full window replacement only — no glass repairs, hardware fixes, screen repairs, or shower doors. Every job we take, we do at a high level.
Do you also install exterior doors?
Yes! We now offer entry doors and exterior doors. Ask us about bundling both for the best value.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your home's size, window count, and style. We give you a full, transparent quote after a free in-home visit — no surprises, no hidden fees.
How do I know if I need replacing vs. repairing?
Clear signs: fogging between panes, drafts on a closed window, difficulty opening or locking, or single-pane glass. Any of these usually mean replacement is the smarter long-term investment.
